DO I HAVE TO BE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TO JOIN?

No. The LBA is comprised of a diverse group of professionals ranging not only from builders and developers but also manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, architects, engineers, banking, insurance, real estate, public relations, legal, accounting and finance professionals to name a few.

HOW MANY MEMBER COMPANIES ARE THERE?

There are currently 750 member companies.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO DEVOTE TO THE ASSOCIATION?

That depends on you, but the more involved that you become by attending events and joining a committee, the greater the networking opportunities will be.

WILL I GAIN ANY NEW BUSINESS BY JOINING THE LBA?

Once again, that depends on you and your commitment to networking and building relationships, both of which take time to develop.

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO ATTEND THE EVENTS?

No, but there is a substantial savings for members.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN THE LBA?

Annual membership dues are $1000.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

It’s easy, just fill out the Membership Application Form and follow the instructions for submittal. You will be contacted by our Member Services representative once your application is approved by the Board of Directors.
