Alex Lastra | Executive Board
Alex Lastra is a Principal and Managing Member of Atlantic and Pacific Development Group (APDG). Atlantic and Pacific Development Group is a division within the Atlantic and Pacific Companies, a full service management, construction and development firm with offices in Miami, Florida and San Diego, California. Alex Lastra is responsible for all development projects undertaken by APDG on both coasts.
Prior to founding Atlantic and Pacific Development Group in 2003, Alex served as a Senior Project Manager for The Related Group of Florida for 6 years where he was responsible for all development functions including, but not limited to, site selection, due diligence, contract negotiations, negotiations with lenders and partners, overseeing architect and engineer and other professionals during conceptual design and design development, construction supervision, leasing or sales campaign supervision thru project close out or disposition.
Alex received his Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Finance from Florida International University graduating with Honors and attended high school at Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, Florida.
