Qualifications:
Mr. Beltran has been in the insurance business since 1963 in all major areas of Commercial & Risk Management services. He wrote in 1973 the first publication in Underwriting in the U.S. called Underwriting Theory, an Underwriting Model, published by the American Institute for Property & Liability Underwriters. He has been involved in many major risk management projects as well as in developing multiple self-insured and fully insured programs for a variety of industries. John also has vast experience in the surety area having arranged lines of credits up to one billion dollars for specific contractors. He also has extensive international experience.
