Building Department Fee Schedule Fee Increase | 01/October/2008
Please be advised that effective today, Wednesday, October 1, 2008, the Building Department will be implementing a revised fee schedule. This is the first increase in more than seven years and is necessary due to increased cost in providing services. You can obtain a copy of the new fee schedule by visiting the website at www.miamidade.gov/building then under “Get a Permit” click on “Fee Schedule” or CLICK HERE TO OBTAIN FEE SCHEDULE.
