August Legislative Luncheon

On August 29th, the LBA welcomed members and industry leaders to its Legislative Luncheon at the historic Biltmore Hotel. The event featured Florida State Representatives Alex Rizo and Omar Blanco, alongside Miami-Dade Property Appraiser Tomas Regalado, who shared timely insights on property taxes—a topic critical to homeowners, developers, and business leaders across South Florida.
