Michelle Pradere Noriega is a distinguished leader and Principal at Pradere Designer Workspaces, a Miller Knoll Certified Platinum Dealer, where her personal commitment is woven into the fabric of the company's five-decade history.

Having devoted nearly three decades to the commercial furniture industry, Michelle embodies the spirit of the family business, which was founded by her father in 1972. For over 25 years, she has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and played a pivotal role in shaping its sales and business development strategy across the corporate, education, and healthcare sectors.

Michelle’s leadership is defined by a relentless focus on client satisfaction and strategic partnerships. Currently overseeing business development and sales, Michelle has expanded the company’s market presence, strengthened manufacturer relationships, and successfully driven Pradere Designer Workspaces to deliver exceptional, large-scale projects for prominent institutions like the University of Miami Health System, MSC, and Miami Freedom Park. Her passion lies in transforming client visions into inspiring and functional work environments.

Beyond her executive role and achievements, Michelle is a dynamic force in the South Florida business community, currently serving as President-elect of the Latin Builders Association (LBA), where she actively champions entrepreneurship, mentorship, and the advancement of women in leadership. Michelle’s community commitment extends to public health awareness, having recently served as an Ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.

A proud alumna of Florida International University (FIU) with a degree in Business Administration, Michelle remains connected to her alma mater by serving in the President's Circle. She resides in Miami with her husband, Art Noriega, and they are the proud parents of Daniel and Isabella.
